Check-in starts after 4 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we would gladly store your baggage until your room is ready.

Check-out:
Check out time is at 11 a.m. We would be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart.

Yes, Cardozo South Beach charges a $27 nightly plus tax amenity fee including:

• Wireless Internet
• Two (2) beach chairs
• Daily breakfast for two when you book directly on our website
• Two (2) bottled waters per room, per day
• AM Coffee in the Lobby
• Digital Newspaper Newspaper
• Access to Crunch Fitness

We welcome pets of all breeds and weights at Cardozo South Beach! Pets will be excited to join their humans for breakfast along Ocean Drive. South Beach offers many convenient grassy areas with complimentary pet waste bags to keep things neat and tidy.

$30 Nightly Fee will apply. *Based on availability. All reservations including pets must be made through our In-House Reservations Team to ensure you are placed in a pet-friendly designated rooms.

VIEW PET POLICIES

Valet Parking is available for $42 per day (24 hour service).

DEPOSIT

Our deposit policy requires all reservations to have an advanced deposit of one night room rental plus tax when a reservation is made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to 4:00 p.m. of your arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellation policies may vary by season.

BEACH ACCESS

Cardozo South Beach extends two (2) beach chairs to each guest per day. The Front Desk will provide you with additional details upon your arrival.
